Polynucleotides
After decades of research, Polynucleotides are a new advanced development in aesthetic treatment. These biostimulators work at a cellular level, triggering the skin to regenerate itself.
Rather than temporarily adding volume, they are a form of skin revitalisation treating overall skin quality. Jalupro nourishes the skin and aids natural rejuvenation. It is a safe, sterile absorbable injectable solution which acts as a dermal ‘biorevitaliser’ (skin collagen booster) which can be used for improving skin texture and softening lines and wrinkles. Jalupro is composed of amino acids and hyaluronic acid. This mixture stimulates your own body to increase its own collagen and elastin production and moisturises the skin to improve its overall skin quality, turning back the years!
The science behind Jalupro works by feeding the connective tissue under the skin layers, otherwise known as fibroblasts. Fibroblasts produce collagen and repair skin to ensure it always has elasticity and great looking texture. As skin ages, the fibroblasts function reduces in activity; this can be caused by many factors, including spending too much time in the sun, intense smoking and other reasons. Consequently, wrinkles appear.
The effects of the treatments can be seen from 1-14 days reaching full effect at 4 weeks and last 6 months from a single treatment. It is recommended to have between 1-3 treatments for desired effect spaced 2-4 weeks apart at least.

Which Jalupro is best for me?
There are four types of Jalupro: SuperHydro, Classic, HMW and Young Eye.
Jalupro Superhydro
Jalupro Superhydro aims at supporting deep connective tissue - the facial retaining ligaments - minimising the signs of aging, correcting the imperfections and defect of skin tissue. As collagen is rebuilt in connective tissue, face and skin appears more structured. Patients notice a lifting effect as connective tissue of the face is strengthened, they notice as well a deep and long lasting hydration, see their wrinkles and other signs of aging decreasing.
Jalupro Classic
Classic is more suited to the younger person who is exhibiting the first signs of skin ageing or to prevent them.
Jalupro HMW
HMW contains more hyaluronic acid which is suitable for the older person and provides scaffolding for more aged skin,helps with deeper lines requiring more moisture and for deeper scars.
Jalupro Super Hydro
Jalupro Super Hydro is a skin booster with a rich amino acid combination, it supports and strengthens the synthesis of collagen and elastin in the structures of the face. It contains two different molecular sizes of hyaluronic acid and the structure provides a strong lifting effect and saturates the skin with moisture. Its peptide molecules provides long-term fibroblast activation. In addition to providing a boost of moisture to the deeper layers of the skin, Jalupro Super Hydro also encourages collagen stimulation to help refine the appearance of wrinkles and subtly restore lost volume in the face. It can also be used to treat additional areas including neck, décolleté, underarms, hands, inner thighs and abdomen.

A hyaluronic-based solution for rejuvenation and strengthening of the eye area
Jalupro Young Eye is a very effective treatment for the area under the eyes, containing two different types of hyaluronic acid as well as peptides and amino acids.
